Overview
Austria-Hungary's declaration of war against Serbia was one of the reasons for the outbreak of the First World War. But by Fall 1915 the Habsburg Empire had still not defeated their smaller neighbour. So, the Central Powers convinced Bulgaria to join the war and in the fall of 1915 invaded Serbia and forced a Serbian exodus to across the Balkans.
