Elias absorbs it and says little. Iris is given her first field assignment under Nico's supervision - a low-stakes intelligence retrieval in the City. She executes it cleanly, impressing Nico and unsettling him slightly. The third thread follows Liam and Lilith's first real conversation - she sits next to him deliberately at a second gathering. She's been underground three years and knows things he doesn't. She teaches him two things about the weaving world that permanently shift his understanding of it. We don't hear what they are just yet, but we see his face when he hears them.
